Anyway creating a positive attitude takes more than just tricking yourself into feeling great because that can only go but so far. You must add positive affirmations to the daily process. Yes you will tell people you feel great but what do you do when you are at home and not feeling great? Do you use positive affirmations in order to reaffirm the positive attitude? Or do you use that time to practicing the negative attitude that the 90% of people partake in? Real success ask what is your attitude is like when know one is looking and times are tough? It's always great to have a positive attitude and look forward to what you do.
